From Tuesday, 1st September 2009, all requests for support will be logged using our new HelpDesk system. If you need computer support you can continue to call us or email us, or use the HelpDesk system directly and to this end we are issuing login details to all our clients.

If you have not yet received login details, or are a new customer, please call us on 01603 781902 and we'll log your issue over the phone. You will then automatically receive login details for the Abacus HelpDesk.

Callout Charges

All on-site visits attract a callout fee of between £20 and £30, depending upon the level of support required.

Hourly Rates

We charge between £40 and £55 per hour, depending upon the level of support required.

Per Minute Pricing

We charge labour on a 'per minute' basis, subject to a minimum of 15 minutes.

Prices Ex VAT

All prices exclude VAT at the prevailing rate.
